Role Overview

As an AI/ML Performance Engineer, you will analyze and optimize AI workloads running on Neural Processing Units (NPU), GPUs, and CPUs in complex SoC platforms. Your work will focus on improving:

  • Inference latency
  • Throughput
  • Power efficiency
  • Memory bandwidth utilization
  • System-level performance

You’ll collaborate with architecture, compiler, runtime, and AI framework teams to improve real-world AI model performance.

Salary Estimate

Estimated Salary: ₹18 LPA – ₹32 LPA 💰 (based on Qualcomm India compensation for 1–2 years experience in specialized AI/performance roles)

Compensation can vary depending on prior experience, skill level, interview performance, and stock/bonus components.
