Job Role Responsibilities:
- As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This is an international voice process role, which means you’ll be handling calls from customers around the world, providing top-notch support and solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely solutions and gathering feedback for improvements.

Job Requirement:
- Minimum 6 months experience in International voice process is required.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Night shift availability is a must, with 2 days rotational off.
- Candidates must be able to collect the system from our Mumbai or Gurgaon office.
- The position offers work-from-home flexibility, but initial system pickup will be in the office.
- Telephonic interviews will be conducted.
- Immediate joining is required for this role.
- Past role/category experience: Customer Support in International Voice Process or Non-Voice.
- Skills: Customer service, Basic computer knowledge, Customer need analysis, and experience in International BPO.
