Role Overview
As an Associate Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technical support services to customers while collaborating closely with development teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your technical skills by troubleshooting complex issues related to APIs, Kubernetes, JSON, and Schema.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolveĀ technical support issuesĀ via email, chat, phone, and screen sharing.
- Document and track progress ofĀ customer issuesĀ and work collaboratively to resolve them.
- Act as theĀ customer advocate, providing feedback to internal teams.
- Continuously improve issue resolution processes and suggest better solutions for customer success.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of SmartBear products and become proficient in their technical aspects.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- 1+ years of experienceĀ in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong verbal and writtenĀ English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Basic understanding of theĀ modern web application stack, including:
- APIs, REST, PostgreSQL, OpenAPI, JSON Schema
- StrongĀ problem-solving skillsĀ and the ability to independently troubleshoot issues.
- ExcellentĀ organizational skillsĀ with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree inĀ Computer Science, Computer Engineering,Ā or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of at leastĀ one programming language.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in theĀ US Shift.
