Role Overview
As an Associate Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technical support services to customers while collaborating closely with development teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your technical skills by troubleshooting complex issues related to APIs, Kubernetes, JSON, and Schema.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues via email, chat, phone, and screen sharing.
- Document and track progress of customer issues and work collaboratively to resolve them.
- Act as the customer advocate, providing feedback to internal teams.
- Continuously improve issue resolution processes and suggest better solutions for customer success.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of SmartBear products and become proficient in their technical aspects.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Basic understanding of the modern web application stack, including:
- APIs, REST, PostgreSQL, OpenAPI, JSON Schema
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in the US Shift.
