Key Responsibilities

• Research and implement advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve LLM capabilities.
• Prepare and process data for fine-tuning AI models.
• Assist in setting up and optimizing fine-tuning pipelines and quantization.
• Train small transformer models with a focus on performance and efficiency.
• Develop an internal orchestration framework for LLM integration.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate LLM components into Airbus’ systems.
• Support the deployment and monitoring of AI models in production environments.
• Document workflows, findings, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
