Role Overview
ZS is hiring Decision Analytics Associates to join their Insights & Analytics team across multiple locations: Pune, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Noida, and Chennai.
In this role, you will partner with clients to design and deliver analytics-driven solutions to complex business challenges. You’ll work across multiple projects simultaneously, applying advanced statistical models, programming tools, and data visualization techniques to help clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply advanced statistical models to understand dynamic business problems.
- Leverage analytic techniques to guide decision-making for clients and internal ZS teams.
- Design and implement analyses using R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
- Synthesize results and communicate insights to clients through oral and written presentations.
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on project aspects.
- Provide project status updates and contribute to project deliverables.
- Guide and mentor Associates on teams while improving problem-solving capabilities.
- Continuously enhance ZS’s analytics capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline with strong academic record, especially in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, statistics, econometrics, engineering, or data science.
- Up to 3 years of relevant post-collegiate experience.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or R.
- Familiarity with tools/platforms such as Hadoop ecosystem, SQL, Tableau, SAS, or VBA.
- High motivation, strong work ethic, personal initiative, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication, empathy, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently with self-discipline and quality focus.
