Role Overview: Associate – ITAM

The Associate ITAM will play a crucial role in providing global software asset management support to ZS users. The position involves managing software licenses, procurement, compliance monitoring, and optimizing software usage across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) requests from global users.
• Maintain and update software licenses, monitor usage, and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors for software procurement, quotations, and approvals.
• Identify opportunities for software re-harvesting and redeployment.
• Track, audit, and maintain software records periodically.
• Assist with documentation of ITAM processes and procedures.
• Provide operational support to IT functions and assist end users.
• Perform software assessments and updates using Microsoft Excel and other tools.

Qualifications Required:

🎓 Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.

🔧 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
