Role Overview
The Associate ITAM will support global users in managing software needs and licenses. Responsibilities include:
- Software Assignment & Reassignment: Allocate new software and reassign licenses when users change roles.
- License Harvesting: Identify and reclaim unused software licenses to reduce costs.
- Compliance Monitoring: Track software usage and ensure compliance with licensing policies.
