Role Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will focus on maintaining system reliability, automation, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll work closely with DevOps teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Automation: Develop and maintain automation tooling and frameworks to improve system efficiency and deployment pipelines.
  • Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Support deployment, configuration, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure; forecast capacity requirements.
  • Build Deployment & Maintenance: Assist in deployments across data centers using Zoho’s CI/CD pipeline and ensure service availability.
  • Performance & Monitoring: Build and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
  • Security & Compliance: Follow cloud security best practices, IAM policies, and compliance standards.
  • Incident Handling: Respond to system alerts, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
