Role Overview
The AI Solutions Analyst – AI Workflows role focuses on capturing, translating, and implementing business workflows into AI-driven automation solutions. You will work closely with internal product and engineering teams, customer-facing teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that workflows reflect real operational needs.
This is a business-driven AI role where success is measured by clarity, accuracy, scalability, and customer impact.
Key Objectives:
- Workflow Definition & Implementation: Translate business requirements into workflow specifications and leverage Zamp’s AI code generation tools to build automation logic.
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage workflows from design and testing to production rollout and performance monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the link between product, engineering, and business teams to optimize workflows and suggest platform improvements.
- Customer & Stakeholder Enablement: Ensure smooth onboarding of AI workflows and support adoption by providing training, guidance, and feedback loops.
- Business Impact Tracking: Measure workflow performance, KPIs, and ROI, and communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
