Role Overview
The Associate Software Engineer role focuses on two major areas:
- PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) Administration
- PL/SQL Development & Reporting
You will manage PPM tools, configure workflows and dashboards, and develop backend database objects using PL/SQL. The role also involves building logical data views for reporting platforms such as Spotfire and collaborating in Agile environments to deliver solutions on time.
Shift timings are custom, based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
PPM Administration
- Create and update request types, workflows, validations, and forms within PPM tools.
- Configure dashboards, KPI views, and analytical reports for stakeholders.
- Manage user access, roles, and security configurations.
- Ensure system integrity and data accuracy within PPM modules.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues related to PPM processes.
Development (PL/SQL & Reporting)
- Develop and enhance PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and tables.
- Optimize SQL queries for performance and reliability.
- Build logical views and data models for reporting tools such as Spotfire.
- Support integration between PPM and other enterprise systems.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like daily scrums and sprint reviews.

Technical Skills Required
