Your Role: Configuring the Future of Benefit Administration

You will be part of a team that drives results for clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of Wipro’s Health Administration segment. As an Associate Analyst, your primary focus will be on configuring and testing Wipro’s Proprietary Benefit Administration System (TBA System) to meet specific client requirements.

This entry-level position is perfectly designed for applicants with strong skill sets in programming logic, analytical reasoning, systems configuration, and testing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Systems Configuration: Using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System based on client requirements.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Preparing detailed test cases and test data, and executing test activities to ensure the system functions flawlessly.
• SQL Development: Writing intermediate SQL queries to interact with and manage system data.
• Collaboration: Working under the direction of Senior Analysts (SAs) to deliver on project goals.
