Role Overview
As a Trainee, your responsibilities will include configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration System to align with client requirements. You’ll work with specialized internal tools and systems to set up configurations and parameters based on thorough analysis. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy logic, structure, testing, and problem-solving within enterprise systems.

Shift Timing: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Cab Facility: Pick & Drop available at doorstep
Service Agreement: 12 Months
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E / B.Tech / MCA
- Batch: 2024 passouts only
- Mandatory Skills: Knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) Tech
Required Technical Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Understanding of SQL (both simple and complex queries)
- Familiarity with manual testing principles and software quality practices
- Exposure to system testing methodologies is desirable
- Solid analytical skills for breaking down complex problems
- Understanding of relational databases, including concepts like table relationships, primary/foreign keys, and query logic
