Role Overview – Junior Associate Software Engineer
As a Junior Associate Software Engineer (JASE) at Wipro, you will design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions, models, and simulations according to client requirements. This role involves hands-on work with CAD/CAE tools, performing simulations, testing prototypes, and implementing optimized solutions for clients.
You will also develop software verification plans, perform defect fixing, and provide client support to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction. The role offers exposure to end-to-end software development processes, from designing solutions to deploying and maintaining software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development
• Create and develop software solutions based on client specifications
• Work on CAD and CAE software to model prototypes and simulations
• Conduct boundary condition checks, impact analysis, and stress analysis
• Prepare operational specifications and integrate software components
• Perform Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) for new requirements
• Enhance solutions by identifying areas for improvement - Customer Support & Problem Solving
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Develop software verification and quality assurance procedures
• Deploy programs and collect user feedback for continuous improvement
• Resolve tickets raised by clients or integration teams - Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain weekly and monthly status reports
• Document design changes, recommendations, and knowledge transfer
• Track project progress using time-sheets and MIS reports

• Strong knowledge of PHP is mandatory
