Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Solutions Design: Design and deliver comprehensive enterprise-level front-end solutions tailored to the company’s custom methodology.
• Integration & Monitoring: Ensure proper integration of components and monitor the solution’s effectiveness while considering cost-justification.
• Client Strategy & Consultation: Provide strategic advice on product features, vendor recommendations, and the future direction of technology.
• Emerging Technology Awareness: Stay up-to-date with new technologies related to package-based application implementations.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and guide less experienced team members, ensuring cost-effective and efficient product solutions.
• Client Satisfaction: Influence client expectations and ensure satisfaction through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Compliance with Standards: Ensure products adhere to industry standards, including ADA compliance and usability principles.

Basic Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, MVC, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design, including usability, responsiveness, and ADA compliance.
• Experience with:
  • Familiarity with 508 and WCAG guidelines.
  • Tools such as Deque AXE, NVDA, and Chrome’s WAVE for accessibility evaluations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with accessibility tools such as Deque AXE and NVDA.

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to guide and mentor less experienced personnel.
