As an SAP SD Trainee at Konecranes, your responsibilities will include:

• Learning and acquiring knowledge of SAP SD modules, as well as other cross-functional modules necessary for business operations.
• Proactively pursuing learning opportunities to enhance your SAP skills while familiarizing yourself with Konecranes’ business processes.
• Working on real-time tickets, helping resolve daily operational issues and gaining practical experience in troubleshooting.
• Assisting in customer support, ensuring that queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Adhering to company policies and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A basic understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD), including knowledge of modules like Pricing, Stock Transfer Orders, and Consignment.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts, IDOC, and EDI processes is advantageous.
• Experience as an End User on the SAP system is desirable.
• A willingness to work as a techno-functional consultant, combining technical and functional expertise.
• Knowledge of LSMW concepts and data migration processes is a plus.
• A good grasp of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to take on new challenges and work in a collaborative team environment.
