🔍 What is the Trainee Role at Wipro?
As a Trainee – Manual Testing, you’ll work with Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration System, helping to configure systems based on client requirements and thoroughly test them using best practices in manual testing.
🔧 Job Responsibilities and Key Skills

| 📘 SDLC Knowledge | Understand the Software Development Life Cycle and its stages. |
| 📋 Documentation | Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, test plans, and results. |
🧠 Technical Skills Required
- Knowledge of Manual Testing fundamentals
- Understanding of SDLC
- Exposure to Simple & Complex SQL Queries
- Relational database concepts (table relationships, keys, etc.)
- Basic familiarity with DB2 a plus
