👩💻 About the Agentic AI Engineer Role
As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will help design and implement AI systems that automate supply chain workflows. You will work alongside senior engineers and data scientists to build GenAI-driven features using modern architectures like multi-agent systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
This role combines:
- Backend software engineering

🔧 Key Responsibilities
🤖 Agentic AI & GenAI Development
- Support the design and implementation of agent-based AI systems
- Build GenAI features for supply chain workflow automation
- Contribute to multi-agent orchestration and tool-calling workflows
🔗 Backend Engineering
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python or Java
- Build scalable APIs and integrations
- Ensure production-grade code quality
📚 Knowledge Base & RAG Systems
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines
- Improve retrieval quality using embeddings and hybrid search
- Support grounding strategies and relevance evaluation
🧪 Testing & Validation
- Develop evaluation datasets for AI behavior testing
- Contribute to regression testing and monitoring
- Improve system reliability in non-deterministic AI environments
