Role Overview
The Graduate Trainee – BI & Analytics role is an entry-level position focused on developing essential skills in data engineering, analytics, and visualization. Working under senior guidance, you will contribute to strategic reporting systems, learn enterprise BI tools, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in consuming, transforming, and modeling data from multiple sources for reporting readiness
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Power BI to present clear business insights
- Learn and apply core data languages including SQL, DAX, M, and Python in real projects
- Support cloud data initiatives with exposure to Microsoft Azure concepts such as storage and data pipelines
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for reports and data models
- Contribute to data quality monitoring and governance initiatives
- Identify enhancement opportunities within existing BI solutions for continuous improvement
- Proactively analyze and troubleshoot data issues while supporting team objectives
