Position: Maintenance Mechanic Technician/Technical Lead 1
Location: Jefferson City, MO
Base Pay Rate: $34.65 per hour, plus a $6.24 shift differential for PM shift assignments (paid weekly)
Shift Pattern: 6:00 pm – 6:15 am, 2/2/3 shift schedule

As a Technical Lead in Maintenance, you’ll oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for packaging equipment. Your primary focus will be on improving equipment efficiency (OEE) without compromising safety or quality standards. You’ll also lead root cause analysis, perform necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and GMP practices.
