Role Overview:
As a Test Engineer Trainee, you’ll be part of the QA and development teams to ensure high-quality software product delivery. This role is designed for freshers with an interest in manual and automation testing, eager to understand industry practices and grow professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze requirements for testing
- Review documents to identify test needs
- Prepare and maintain test case repositories using Azure DevOps
- Write test scenarios and test cases for change requests
- Develop test data and execute test cases
- Document test activities and results
- Report defects and ensure they are tracked to closure
- Conduct regression testing for code changes
- Create and run automation suites for regression cycles
- Work independently with minimal supervision
