π― Role Overview
The Administrator I β System & Applications Administration will be responsible for:

Maintaining & supporting databases, servers, and enterprise applications.
β
Managing system security, user access, and IT compliance (SOX, HIPAA).
β
Deploying patches, performing upgrades, and troubleshooting issues.
β
Executing backups & disaster recovery procedures.
β
Monitoring system performance and ensuring application readiness.
β
Providing IT support (software/hardware installation, troubleshooting, validation).
β
Working with BI tools, ERP systems, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
β
Supporting Windows & Linux infrastructure components.

π οΈ Key Responsibilities
πΉ System & Database Administration: Perform maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes for enterprise applications and databases.
πΉ Security & Compliance: Ensure SOX, HIPAA compliance, manage identity & access control.
πΉ Backup & Recovery: Execute disaster recovery plans as per SOPs.
πΉ Application Support: Act as System Administrator for enterprise apps, addressing performance issues and enhancing functionality.
πΉ Performance Monitoring: Track server load, database usage, and system availability.
πΉ Change Management: Screen incoming change requests, plan maintenance, testing & sign-offs.
πΉ IT Support: Assist in software & hardware installations, troubleshooting, and user support.
πΉ Business Intelligence Support: Administer BI applications, configure security settings, and optimize system performance.
πΉ Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve IT infrastructure and application services.
πΉ On-Call Support: Manage incident resolution and maintenance activities during business off-hours.

π Required Skills & Qualifications
β 0-2 years of experience in Application, System, or Database Administration.
β Bachelorβs Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
β Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and database administration.
β Understanding of IT security standards (SOX, HIPAA compliance).
β Experience with ERP (SAP, Sage, ASW), CRM (Salesforce), and BI tools.
β Basic scripting & automation skills (Ansible, Puppet, Shell, Python).
β Familiarity with cloud computing & virtualization (Citrix, XenServer).
β Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
