Role Overview
As a Fresher Software Engineer or QA Engineer, you will join the Web Development or QA teams and work on real product modules under the guidance of experienced engineers.
You will be responsible for:
- Learning system architecture, workflows, and coding standards.
- Contributing to feature development across frontend, backend, or QA automation tracks.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborating with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies.
- Strengthening knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts.
- Gaining hands-on experience with Git, JIRA, code reviews, and Agile workflows.
- (For QA roles) Learning manual testing, automation frameworks, and quality best practices.
- Continuously improving communication and technical skills through feedback and mentorship.
