Role Overview
As a Junior Automation Developer, you will support and develop high-quality Python applications and automation solutions using RPA frameworks like Blue Prism. This role combines software development best practices with enterprise automation to drive efficiency and accuracy across financial and healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python applications using OOP principles and modern frameworks.
- Structure projects efficiently and implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Develop, support, and optimize Blue Prism RPA processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Python application issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Work on data preprocessing and backend integration for automation pipelines (if applicable).
- Learn and implement cloud-based deployment strategies using Azure or AWS.
- Explore containerization techniques using Docker to deploy automation solutions.
