Role Overview
As a Software Development Engineer (Backend) at Sprinklr, you will design and implement scalable, distributed software systems that handle massive datasets and real-time interactions. You will work closely with a dynamic, fast-paced engineering team, solving complex technical problems and contributing to enterprise-class solutions that are critical to Sprinklr’s platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop massively scalable distributed systems with strong emphasis on algorithms and data structures.
- Write reusable, high-quality code and libraries for future use.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to Sprinklr’s technology stack and products.
- Work with emerging technologies such as MongoDB, ScyllaDB, Cassandra, Apache Spark, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Redis.
- Solve challenging problems, optimize system performance, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in backend development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 0-2 years of Java experience with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems (Git), and agile practices.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective, scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Intellectual curiosity, inventiveness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in open or ambiguous environments with a positive attitude toward work and people.
- B.Tech in Computer Science from a Tier-I college.
