Role Overview / Details
As a Computer Science Graduate on the Collection Platforms & AI team, you will work on ML and GenAI-powered products focused on natural language understanding, data extraction, information retrieval, and intelligent data sourcing. You will be involved across the full lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to deployment and monitoring in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy large-scale ML and GenAI-powered products and pipelines
- Own the end-to-end data science lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and scaling
- Perform exploratory data analysis, benchmarking, validation, and proof-of-concepts
- Build and productionize ML and GenAI services following SDLC best practices
- Partner with business leaders and domain experts to gather requirements and define success metrics
- Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and optimize data science workflows
- Communicate insights, evaluations, and results to technical and executive stakeholders

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, SpaCy, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama), prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning
- Solid understanding of ML, Deep Learning, and NLP architectures (Transformers, multimodal systems, GNNs)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database structures
- Good foundation in statistics, probability, and mathematical concepts behind AI
- Experience with end-to-end NLP or GenAI projects (NER, OCR, table extraction, retrieval systems)
- Familiarity with deployment and orchestration tools such as Airflow, Flask, FastAPI, Redis, Streamlit, or Dash
- Ability to research, evaluate, and apply new AI techniques in production environments
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience contributing to GitHub, Kaggle, StackOverflow, or technical blogs
- Exposure to ML monitoring, scaling, and production optimization
- Willingness to adopt emerging tools and programming languages
