Responsibilities of the Software Engineer I
As a Software Engineer I at Nextech, your role will include:
- Software Development: Build software in a SCRUM environment using C#, SQL, and Angular.
- Best Practices: Embrace software development best practices like code reviews, unit tests, and CI/CD.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your team, scrum masters, and product owners to ensure high-quality code and smooth project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, taking ownership of the software you build and contributing to the team’s success.
- Code Reviews: Participate in mutual code reviews to ensure high-quality code across the team.
- Dynamic Development: Be proactive in creating scalable, zero-downtime deployments and robust micro-service backends.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of C#, Angular, and SQL.
- 2+ years of industry experience in software development.
- 1+ year of experience using Microsoft SQL Server and writing advanced queries.
- Full-stack development experience, with a focus on building robust and scalable software solutions.
- Experience in developing micro-service backends.
- Passion for unit testing and delivering clean, usable code from day one.
- Desire to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, with a focus on continuous personal and team growth.
- DevOps knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
