🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices across projects to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Apply chaos engineering techniques on AWS services like EC2, EKS, and S3 to improve system resilience in Travelers DE App.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other DevOps tools.
- Implement quality gating mechanisms based on Service Level Indicators (SLI) and Service Level Objectives (SLO) using Site Reliability Guardian.
- Develop scripts and automation tools using Python to improve operational efficiency and system monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and improve system uptime.
- Monitor and analyze system logs, metrics, and alerts to ensure the reliability and availability of applications.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents and system outages in a timely manner.
