🎯 Role Overview:
The SAP Junior Engineer will play a critical role in supporting and monitoring SAP instances and ensuring optimal system performance. This entry-level role involves first-line support for SAP environments, focusing on:
✅ SAP System Management:
- Implement and maintain multiple SAP instances (Development, Testing, Training, Production).
- Perform migrations, upgrades, builds, and rollouts.
- Configure SAP databases like MSSQL, HANA, MAXDB, Oracle.
✅ User & Authorization Management:
- Manage SAP user roles, authorizations, and profiles.
- Distribute user workload and manage background jobs.
✅ System Monitoring & Performance:
- Monitor SAP system logs, processes, traces, and disk space.
- Apply performance tuning strategies.
✅ Database Administration:
- Perform database upgrades, security management, and performance tuning.
- Implement backup and restore strategies.
✅ SAP Maintenance & Upgrades:
- Conduct SAP client administration (create, copy, delete).
- Apply SAP patches, hot packages, and kernel upgrades.
✅ Documentation:
- Maintain system documentation for SAP instances and interfaces.
