Role Overview – Junior Front End Developer
As a Junior Front End Developer, you will work closely with designers and developers to convert Figma or PSD designs into HTML pages, build responsive web components, and implement interactive features. You will be encouraged to troubleshoot independently, test solutions, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless development workflows.
The role emphasizes technical skill development, independent problem-solving, and practical exposure to real-world projects, making it an excellent starting point for a career in web development.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert Figma/PSD designs to fully functional HTML pages.
- Create custom sections and interactive features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure web pages are responsive across devices using Bootstrap and other responsive frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges through research and testing.
- Communicate clearly with team members using internal notes and project updates.
- Maintain code quality, implement best practices for front-end development, and test pages for performance and usability.

- Experience in building responsive layouts using HTML and CSS from scratch.
