Role Overview
As an ENG Project/Program Intern, you’ll assist the Engineering Organization in planning, managing, and executing multiple technical programs across Rubrik’s product portfolio. This internship offers exposure to SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), agile methodologies, and program delivery processes in a real-world enterprise setup.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand technical complexities, and help drive project metrics and dashboards—all while learning how to navigate fast-paced engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Execution:
- Assist in defining program scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Track project progress and prepare dashboards/reports for key stakeholders.
Coordination & Communication:
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Support teams to prioritize and deliver new features.
- Assist in status reporting, meeting coordination, and issue escalation.
- Support effective communication of schedules and risks across departments.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and assist in mitigation planning.
- Work with development teams to address bottlenecks affecting delivery timelines.
Continuous Improvement:
- Recommend tools, methodologies, and automation improvements.
- Document lessons learned and best practices for process enhancement.
