Role Overview
As a Software Development AI Engineer, you will work on AI-driven solutions for mobile radio testing systems. The role involves processing large datasets generated from radio testing environments and applying machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques to improve product intelligence and performance.
You will support the development of scalable cloud-based infrastructures, contribute to DevOps and MLOps automation, and collaborate across international teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions. This position provides exposure to end-to-end product development, including backend systems, AI pipelines, and UI components.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from mobile radio testing environments
- Extract actionable insights using data analysis and AI techniques
- Support development and automation of scalable cloud-based infrastructure
- Apply machine learning and deep learning methods such as classification, regression, and feature extraction
- Implement and benchmark Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and MCP concepts
- Automate DevOps and MLOps workflows for seamless AI deployment and integration
- Work with containerization and cloud platforms for AI system deployment
- Contribute to end-to-end product development, including app and web UI components
- Collaborate with multinational, cross-functional engineering teams
