Role Overview
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing MES applications used by manufacturing clients. You will work closely with technical teams and customers to troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and contribute to ongoing development tasks. The role includes rotational shifts and exposure to real-world production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve customer-reported technical issues
- Provide 24×7 support for MES applications in rotational shifts
- Document solutions, best practices, and incident resolutions
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and customer service teams
- Contribute to product enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Write clean, well-documented, and unit-tested code
- Conduct system-wide testing and performance monitoring
- Configure, install, and maintain software components
- Support ERP and SAP–MES integrations with proper documentation
