This two-month full-time experiential learning program is open to students from premier B-schools and engineering colleges. Interns receive mentorship from in-house experts and engage in:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to Graduates of 2026: Students currently in their 3rd year of BE/BTech studies are eligible to apply.
• Eligible Engineering Disciplines: The program is open to students specializing in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Metallurgical, and Fire Engineering.
• Full-Time Course Requirement: Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time BE/BTech program approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).
• Minimum Academic Performance: Candidates need to have a minimum of 60% or 6 CGPA in 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), and an aggregate of 60% or above in engineering (up to the latest semester).
• No Active Backlogs: Students with current backlogs or any history of academic detention are not eligible to apply.
• These criteria ensure that applicants meet the high standards set by Reliance Industries and are well-prepared to embark on a promising professional journey.
