Role Overview
As a Junior Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps) at Qualys, you’ll support the design, automation, and maintenance of the company’s DevOps infrastructure. This role allows you to work alongside experienced engineers and gain hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes orchestration, and observability tools — all within a real-world production environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in automating deployment pipelines and infrastructure setup following DevOps best practices
- Support orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Ansible
- Help troubleshoot staging and production issues
- Contribute to maintaining monitoring systems such as Prometheus, ELK, and OpenTelemetry (OTel)
- Document configuration processes and troubleshooting steps
- Stay updated with evolving technologies in DevOps and site reliability engineering
