The Handset QC/Automation team is looking for a QA/Automation Engineer with expertise in mobile application testing, automation tools, and telecom protocols. This role requires hands-on experience in testing Android, iOS, and feature phone applications while working with automation frameworks and cloud technologies.

📌 Key Responsibilities

✅ Mobile App Testing for Android, iOS, and Feature Phones.
✅ Work with testing tools like WireShark, Ethereal, tcpdump.
✅ Debug and analyze Telecom/VoIP networks.
✅ Understand protocols like SIP, VoIP, RTP/RTCP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, TLS, TCP/UDP.
✅ Use Appium, Selenium, SeeTest for test automation.
✅ Write scripts in Java, Python, C#, Shell, Node.js.
✅ Execute database queries in multiple languages.
✅ Work with Cloud Technologies (Azure API/CLI).
✅ Use tools like Jenkins, GIT, Putty, WinSCP, SIPP, Postman.
✅ Defect tracking using JIRA, GitLab, and other tools.
✅ Familiarity with Android Studio, Xcode for mobile development.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
✔ Experience in mobile application testing (Android/iOS/Feature Phones).
✔ Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Appium, Selenium, SeeTest.
✔ Strong programming skills (Java, Python, C#, Shell, Node.js).
✔ Knowledge of telecom protocols (SIP, RTP, TCP/UDP, VoIP).
✔ Experience in cloud computing (Azure API/CLI).
✔ Proficiency with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins).
✔ Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues across client-network-server layers.
