  • 6-8 months experience in a Product Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Unix systems and database concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL, with ability to write/debug queries.
  • Experience with REST APIs and debugging via Postman.
  • Language knowledge in NodeJs, Python, or Java.
  • Exposure to ETL/data warehousing and SaaS B2B setups.
