Role Overview – Associate Integration Engineer
As a Graduate Trainee – Associate Integration Engineer, you will provide technical support to PayU merchants during pre-integration and post-integration stages. Your role will involve isolating, diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving technical issues related to payment systems in a timely manner.
This role requires a self-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms. You will work closely with development teams to identify root causes and ensure quick resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with developers, merchants, and internal teams on pre and post integration issues
- Provide technical support and best practices for payment APIs, plugins, and transactions
- Address merchant technical queries and assist with Level 1 product support
- Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Communicate technical problems clearly to merchants and internal stakeholders
- Analyze system and application logs to identify recurring issues and trends
- Escalate underlying product defects to the product and engineering teams
- Enhance overall merchant experience through timely and effective support

Required Qualifications
- Preferred batch: 2024 or 2025 graduates
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech / B.E (Computer Science or IT preferred)
- Any Bachelor’s degree with strong technical aptitude may be considered
