• Manage incidents to resolution while adhering to SLA standards.

🔹 Client Support:

• Provide telephonic or chat-based support to clients.
• Ensure smooth handovers between shifts for uninterrupted service.

🔹 System Maintenance:

• Schedule maintenance windows for patching and configuration changes.
• Document maintenance activities and system updates.

🔹 Process Optimization & Automation:

• Identify opportunities for incident reduction and process automation.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and improvement initiatives.

🔹 Disaster Recovery Assistance:

• Support disaster recovery planning and testing activities.

🔹 Knowledge Management:

• Update knowledge articles to improve future issue resolution.
