What You’ll Do

As an Analyst in the Product team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the NIQ Discover platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with Program Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, and Sales teams to turn ideas into reality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting roadmap planning and prioritizing features
  • Writing clear user stories and technical requirements
  • Collaborating with UX and Scrum teams to refine designs and execute rollouts
  • Testing features before they go live and resolving bugs
  • Conducting user acceptance testing
  • Creating supporting documents like FAQs and training material
  • Representing client feedback in product decisions

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working on modern tech platforms, and driving product strategy with a user-first mindset.

Eligibility & Skills Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Experience: 0 to 2.5 years
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Previous experience in software engineering or a product role (preferred but not mandatory)

Technical Knowledge Needed

  • Hands-on experience with JIRA or other software development planning tools
  • Understanding of cloud services like GCP, AWS, or ADLS
  • Exposure to API development
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Product Owner certifications are a bonus)
