- Handle customer calls for technical issues, troubleshooting VoIP, SIP, and Unified Communication systems.
- Create & manage tickets, escalate complex issues, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Analyze SIP packets, resolve LAN/WAN/VoIP issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Technical Support – Troubleshoot voice/network issues via phone, email, or chat.
✅ Ticket Management – Log, track, and escalate issues with regular follow-ups.
✅ VoIP & SIP Expertise – Diagnose call quality, packet loss, and gateway issues.
