Role Overview / Details
As a QA Intern, you will work closely with development, product, and implementation teams to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. This internship provides structured learning combined with practical exposure to manual testing, automation concepts, defect tracking, and Agile development workflows.
You will gain insights into how enterprise-grade applications are tested and delivered, while developing foundational QA skills that are highly valuable for a career in software testing or quality engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in functional, regression, and integration testing of Salesforce applications
- Support defect tracking, reporting, and resolution during testing cycles
- Learn and apply automation and Agile testing methodologies
- Write clear, concise, and well-structured test cases
- Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing to validate application behavior
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure correct functionality and user experience
- Document bugs and follow up during the bug triage process
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to understand testing requirements and impacts
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Gain exposure to multiple stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
