Role Overview
As an Engineer, IT – AI Enablement, you will:
- Build and deploy AI-driven tools and workflows
- Develop rapid prototypes for enterprise AI use cases

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/AI/ML/Data Science or related field
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development
- Build AI tools using Copilot Studio, UiPath, and automation frameworks
- Develop intelligent workflows for business use cases
Integration & Enablement
- Integrate AI agents with SharePoint, M365, APIs, and knowledge bases
- Ensure seamless interoperability across enterprise systems
Process Automation
- Identify repetitive tasks
- Design and deploy automation solutions to improve productivity
Governance & Security
- Work with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance
- Implement encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
- Integrate identity platforms like OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Entra ID, and AD FS
Advanced AI Engineering
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
- Design semantic chunking and memory persistence strategies
- Build multi-agent workflows for complex decision-making
- Manage context-aware systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Optimize prompt engineering and LLM context windows
Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from users
- Improve AI tools iteratively

Required Skills & Qualifications
