Role Overview
As a Junior Software Engineer, you will work in a fast-paced, Agile team environment. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software systems.
This role requires a cloud-first mindset, an understanding of clean and maintainable code practices, and the ability to build resilient systems that are failure-aware. You will gain exposure to real-world enterprise-grade software development while continuously learning and improving your technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems.
- Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to technical documentation.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code under senior guidance.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments.
- Collaborate with team members following Agile best practices.
- Contribute to improving internal development processes and systems.
- Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Technical Qualifications (Must-Have Skills)
- 0–2 years of software development experience (internships included).
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and data structures.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET 6 or later preferred).
- Basic understanding of asynchronous programming concepts.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
- Exposure to relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server.
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Docker or containerization technologies.
