Responsibilities

✅ Identify and diagnose IT issues and provide security support.
✅ Act as a point of contact for users reporting problems.
✅ Work with multiple stakeholders, including vendors.
✅ Assist the Help Desk Team in resolving complex IT problems.
✅ Contribute to Learning & Development (L&D) by facilitating training programs.
✅ Assist in managing Knowledge Base & Documentation.
✅ Be part of the internal audit team and document key processes.
✅ Support transition activities and ensure smooth project handovers.

Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Who can apply?
✔ Freshers from any recognized university (2024 passouts).
✔ Basic knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, ERP applications (Oracle EBS), ITIL, Cloud & Infrastructure.
✔ Strong English communication skills.
✔ Passion for IT solutions and willingness to work from the office (WFO).
