Primary Job Responsibilities

Core Functions and Duties

  • Conduct root cause analysis for critical system incidents and perform trend analysis to implement proactive preventive measures
  • Document all incidents and resolutions in Airbus-defined templates with comprehensive details
  • Work autonomously in multi-functional and geographically distributed teams with strong communication protocols
  • Deliver accessibility support and conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) at L2 and L3 support levels
  • Operate and manage tickets efficiently using the ServiceNow platform
  • Take complete ownership of customer-reported issues and drive them through to successful resolution
  • Follow established escalation procedures for unresolved issues to appropriate internal technical teams
  • Monitor and track all open issues to ensure resolution within agreed service level agreements
  • Guide clients through step-by-step troubleshooting actions until complete issue resolution
  • Deliver accurate and timely feedback to customers regarding issue status and resolution progress
  • Handle multiple concurrent issues effectively through proper prioritization and time management
  • Create and maintain technical documentation in the form of knowledge base articles for future reference
  • Establish and standardize quality assurance procedures for software engineering processes
  • Oversee testing activities and develop fixes for identified software issues
  • Collaborate with Leads and Product Owners to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
