Role Overview
As a Data Scientist – Advanced Analytics, your responsibilities include implementing and validating predictive and statistical models, focusing on big data applications, designing and developing enterprise search applications using Elasticsearch, Splunk, and other tools, collaborating with teams to identify critical data, decide on data management systems, and tackle integration challenges. You will develop Proof of Concept (POC) solutions to showcase AI/ML effectiveness, document solution architectures, design decisions, and implementation details, and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance solution design. You will also apply gen AI code assistants to refactor, rewrite, or document code across programming languages. This role requires critical thinking, analytical skills, and a growth mindset to understand clients’ business processes and provide actionable insights through data.

Skills and Qualifications Required
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (CS, STEM, or equivalent), strong foundation in AI, ML, big data, and advanced analytics, experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization, familiarity with Python, R, or similar programming languages, and good understanding of enterprise search applications and databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Preferred skills include knowledge of COBOL and Java, experience with code generation, translation, and LLM-based solutions, and familiarity with enterprise analytics tools and frameworks.
