Role Overview – Full Stack Developer (Appian Low-Code/No-Code)
As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy applications on the Appian low-code platform to automate and optimize business processes. Your role will require close collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient, scalable, and intuitive applications.
This position is remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in India while contributing to global digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design & Develop: Build and maintain applications using the Appian low-code platform.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Gather requirements and create technical specifications for projects.
- End-to-End Development: Work on both front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless integration.
- Custom Development: Create custom components using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant tools.
- Optimize Performance: Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing and resolve performance issues.
- Training & Support: Provide user training and technical support for Appian functionalities.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in low-code/no-code development and Appian enhancements.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and promote best practices.
