As an Applications Engineering Intern, you will work closely with senior engineers and business teams to help design, test, and improve AI-powered workflows and application systems.
This is not just a shadowing internship โ you will contribute to meaningful engineering initiatives while learning how scalable SaaS platforms operate in production environments.

๐ง Key Responsibilities
All tasks will be performed under guidance from senior engineers and tech leads.
๐ค AI Workflow Support
- Assist in designing and testing AI workflows (including LangGraph-style flows)
- Document routing logic and validate workflow configurations
- Configure and test structured outputs with retries and fallback patterns
๐งฉ Workflow Components
- Build small reusable components like validation nodes and structured outputs
- Ensure outputs are predictable and safe before downstream execution
๐ Data & API Support
- Maintain internal services and APIs
- Assist with Snowflake queries and data retrieval
- Support data enrichment and configuration updates
๐ Monitoring & Evaluation
- Contribute to regression testing and workflow validation
- Review metrics such as latency, cost efficiency, and error rates
- Support rubric-based scoring systems and validation logic
๐ Transcription & Streaming Systems
- Assist in data ingestion and cleanup
- Validate storage and retrieval mechanisms
- Explore streaming pipelines (capture โ transcription โ scoring)
โ Reliability Engineering
- Learn concepts like queues, retries, idempotency, and worker systems
- Document how reliability mechanisms improve system stability

๐น Technical Fundamentals
- Strong foundation inย Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience designing APIs or backend services
- Solid SQL knowledge
