The Hero Campus Challenge (HCC) Season 10 is back, and this year the competition is bigger, bolder, and more exciting than ever. Organized by Hero MotoCorp, India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, this challenge is designed to empower students who love innovation, problem-solving, technology, and business strategy. Whether you’re an engineering student or a management student, HCC Season 10 offers a platform to showcase your talent and compete against some of the brightest minds across the country.

Since its launch in 2015, HCC has become one of India’s most prestigious campus competitions, offering students a real-world innovation environment where they get to analyze challenges, develop practical solutions, and present directly to senior leaders of Hero MotoCorp. In Season 10, students will explore corporate strategy, business innovation, engineering solutions, and scenario planning to address Hero MotoCorp’s future challenges.

What is Hero Campus Challenge Season 10?

Hero Campus Challenge is an innovation-driven competition where students work on real-world business and engineering problems. The challenge encourages students to analyze market trends, identify disruptions, and propose actionable strategies that Hero MotoCorp can implement.

The competition involves multiple rounds including online assessments, trivia, idea submission, presentations, and a grand finale at Hero MotoCorp’s Delhi/NCR office. Both engineering and management students can participate under specific tracks called E-Track (Engineering Track) and B-Track (Business Track).

The goal is simple: bring forward innovative ideas that can transform the future of mobility, sustainability, customer experience, and technological development at Hero MotoCorp.

Eligibility Criteria

Hero Campus Challenge Season 10 is open to:

Engineering Students (E-Track)
B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, M.E., or dual-degree students from any year.

Management Students (B-Track)
Students pursuing MBA, PGDM, and 1-year management programs (1st and 2nd year).

Additional conditions include:
Teams must consist of 1 to 3 members
All members must be from the same institute
Teams can be made across different specializations
A student can participate in only one team
No changes in team members after registration closes

There is no limit on the number of teams from one institute.

Stages and Timelines of HCC Season 10

The competition is organised in structured rounds. Here’s a complete breakdown:

1. Online Assessment (9 Dec 25 – 25 Jan 26)

This is the first elimination round.
Each team member has to attempt a test containing 20 questions based on:
Critical Reasoning
Logical Ability
Analytics

All members must attempt the test; otherwise, the team gets disqualified.
Every question carries equal weightage.

Start: 09 Dec 2025, 10:00 AM IST
End: 25 Jan 2026, 11:59 PM IST

Everyone who attempts the test will receive a participation certificate.

2. Trivia Round – The Hero Xpedition (22 Jan 26)

This fun and knowledge-based round is not an elimination round.
Teams must answer 20 questions related to Hero MotoCorp’s brand, product legacy, and history.
Clues will be posted on Unstop’s Instagram stories.

Top 10 teams get direct entry to the Idea Elevator Pitch round.

End: 22 Jan 2026, 08:00 PM

3. Idea Elevator Pitch Submission (27 Jan 26 – 03 Feb 26)

Shortlisted teams will receive two challenge statements.
Teams must solve one problem based on their domain:

E-Track → Engineering problem
B-Track → Business problem

Submission includes:
1-slider PPT
60–90 second MP4 format video explaining the idea

Key guidelines:
Focus on present-day implementable solutions
Avoid futuristic scenarios
Submit early to avoid issues
Video size must be under 20 MB
No special characters allowed in the filename

Submission window:
Start: 27 Jan 2026, 10:00 AM
End: 03 Feb 2026, 11:59 PM

4. Semi Finale Presentation (25 Feb 26 – 27 Feb 26)

Teams shortlisted for the semi-final will present virtually to the Hero MotoCorp senior management.

Presentation format:
10 minutes presentation
5 minutes Q&A

Teams must upload their detailed deck before the round begins.

End: 27 Feb 2026, 04:00 PM

A special Masterclass will also be conducted for teams reaching this stage.

5. Grand Finale (12 Mar 26 – 13 Mar 26)

The top teams from each track will compete in the grand finale held at Hero MotoCorp’s Delhi/NCR office.

Final Format:
10 minutes presentation
5 minutes Q&A with senior leaders

Winning teams receive PPIs, cash prizes, motorcycles, and exclusive goodies.

Teams can upload only one submission per round

Only team leaders can upload and modify submissions
Hero MotoCorp may use provided data for promotional purposes
All submissions become property of Hero MotoCorp
Any dispute will fall under Delhi jurisdiction
